So our plans of heading to Tulsa Christmas morning were thwarted by the blizzard that hit OK on Christmas Eve. We decided that the roads were not safe enough to make the trip. We did not want to be stranded somewhere with a baby in the back seat. Jason, Maddie and I spent Christmas at home. It did not really feel like Christmas since we had already exchanged our gifts the night before. We made breakfast, watched movies, frosted sugar cookies, surveyed the snowfall in the neighborhood and then went to our neighbors house for dinner. It was an uneventful holiday, but at least we were together. :) We are going to exchange gifts in Tulsa next week.
